This one of a kind program combines weight training, barre and nutritional support. It is designed to help you burn fat, increase energy and connect your mind to your body.
Barre workouts are not only tough but effective. With a strong focus on mind-body connection, and small intentional movements, a barre workout will have you shaking in your LuLu's faster than you can say plié!
This bootcamp is full of intentional, focused, full body weight training workouts. These workouts will have your body burning calories long after your workout is over. You will be leaner and stronger than you've ever been before!
During this bootcamp we are going to focus on our nutrition. We will be dialling in our daily macronutrients to ensure we are eating enough to fuel our workouts. As always, I am committed to making this as simple as possible!

This program will begin on December 5th and run for 6 weeks. Since this will be a beta group, the price is extremely discounted! There will be some expectations for beta group participants (adherence to the program, feedback, and possible social media posts). In addition, beta group participants will also have the opportunity to become an affiliate upon completion of the program!
